Tropical Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS

½ lb mango flesh

1 bowl honeydew melon

2 piece kiwi fruit

1 small bowl  lychees

2 tbsp orange juice

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tbsp artificial sugar

METHOD

  1. Cut the mango into bite-size cubes.
  2. Use a melon baller to cut out as many little balls as possible from the melon.
  3. Peel and slice the kiwi fruit
  4. Remove skin of lychees.
  5. Mix the orange and lemon juice and sugar together and pour this over the fruit. Mix well and chill.
  6. Just before serving, divide the fruit between 4 serving dishes and top each one with lychees.                                     parth shivani
