INGREDIENTS
½ lb mango flesh
1 bowl honeydew melon
2 piece kiwi fruit
1 small bowl lychees
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp artificial sugar
METHOD
- Cut the mango into bite-size cubes.
- Use a melon baller to cut out as many little balls as possible from the melon.
- Peel and slice the kiwi fruit
- Remove skin of lychees.
- Mix the orange and lemon juice and sugar together and pour this over the fruit. Mix well and chill.
- Just before serving, divide the fruit between 4 serving dishes and top each one with lychees. parth shivani
