INGREDIENTS
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp artificial sugar
2 tsp rosewater (optional)
2 tbsp skim milk
½ lb canned guavas
½ cup sliced plums
METHOD
- Put the cottage cheese, Lemon juice, sugar, rosewater and milk into an electric blender and process until smooth.
- Puree the guavas, together with their seeds and juice.
- Layer the pureed guavas and cottage cheese mixtures alternately in 4 serving dishes(one time guava then cottage cheese then again guava) .
- Garnish them with the slices of plum.
- Serve them chilled.
