Guava and Cottage Cheese Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 cup cottage cheese

1 tbsp lemon juice

4 tbsp artificial sugar

2 tsp rosewater (optional)

2 tbsp skim milk

½ lb canned guavas

½ cup sliced plums

METHOD

  1. Put the cottage cheese, Lemon juice, sugar, rosewater and milk into an electric blender and process until smooth.
  2. Puree the guavas, together with their seeds and juice.
  3. Layer the pureed guavas and cottage cheese mixtures alternately in 4 serving dishes(one time guava then cottage cheese then again guava) .
  4. Garnish them with the slices of plum.
  5. Serve them chilled.
