Guava and Cottage Cheese Smoothie

INGREDIENTS 1 cup cottage cheese 1 tbsp lemon juice 4 tbsp artificial sugar 2 tsp rosewater (optional) 2 tbsp skim milk ½ lb canned guavas ½ cup sliced plums METHOD Put the cottage cheese, Lemon juice, sugar, rosewater and milk into an electric blender and process until smooth. Puree the guavas, together with their seeds and juice. Layer the pureed guavas and cottage cheese mixtures alternately in 4 serving dishes(one time guava then cottage cheese then again guava) . INGREDIENTS ½ lb mango flesh 1 bowl honeydew melon 2 piece kiwi fruit 1 small bowl  lychees 2 tbsp orange juice 2 tsp lemon juice 1 tbsp artificial sugar METHOD Cut the mango into bite-size cubes. Use a melon baller to cut out as many little balls as possible from the melon. Peel and slice the kiwi fruit Remove skin of lychees.
